OK, So How Much Is My New Kitchen Going To Cost?

And, what do I get for my MONEY?

Well, it’s a great question and one that was asked by our customers Billy & Celia Murphy.

Our answer… It depends on a few things.

The size of your room

Do you want feature lighting? Flooring? Splash-backs? How about mechanisms?

And Then There’s…

Do you just want to buy the kitchen?

Do you want it installed?

What condition is the room in just now?

Will it need any sockets moved?

Does it need plastered?

Take A Look At The Project Pictures

The first thing was the design…

By adding in contrasting kitchen door colours you can create some character and interest and make your kitchen really stand out.

This design idea will allow you to add a bit of colour to your kitchen, and it can even help to make a small kitchen feel bigger.

Maximise Storage With Some Deep Pan Drawers

Make sure you include a deep drawer stack in your kitchen design.

Most lower cabinets have shelves behind the door. Dishes, pots and pans, and other items get stacked up and shoved to the back. By opting for a drawer stack you don’t have to bend way down and reach to the back of the cabinet for your cooking utensils.

Drawers work much better and will make reaching the back of the cupboards much easier when cooking.

Dine In Style With A Breakfast Area

If you have the room for it then a feature breakfast area makes a lot of sense.

It’s always nice to have a cosy nook in a kitchen where you can relax with a cuppa or enjoy a spot of breakfast.

Even just a little perch is welcome, as it makes cooking more enjoyable with someone to chat to.

Add Plinth Lights For A Bit Of WOW

And, it wouldn’t be complete without some plinth lighting…

Placed well, plinth lighting will add a zest and sparkle to your kitchen and some might say, make it come alive!

Here we added some feature plinth lighting to give the room a bit of wow.

Choose A Feature Glass Splash-back For Behind Your Hob

Choose A Feature Glass Splash-back For Behind Your Hob

With no grout lines to worry about cleaning glass is simple making it a great choice for behind your hob area.

Available in an unlimited number of colours, cuts, designs and finishes, all of which can be tailored to the colour and design of your kitchen and home.

Keep Your Drawers Below Your Hob

Keep Your Drawers Close To Your Cooking Area

There is nothing more frustrating than walking to the other side of the kitchen – and then reaching into the back of a cabinet to get your pots.

If you want to make life in the kitchen that little bit easier then install a drawer stack below your hob.

A fitted cutlery drawer at the top ensures everything has a place, and deep drawers at the bottom means easy access to cooking utensils, simples.
