The actual kitchen is of a very high quality and to top it off they have followed up by checking that everything continues to be so.

We benefited from their knowledge and experience when discussing the layout for our extension and how to make best use. Tommy was really helpful, easy to deal with and gave us good advice on how to plan it best.

When it came to the installation, Dougie took care of everything and him and his team did a brilliant job. Communication was good between Dougie and my builders and we were able to make some last minute adaptations to the plans that gave us even better use of space while still meeting all our requirements. All Dougie’s work was completed on time and he never once stopped for a tea break!

“I needed a new bathroom as mine was old, tired, out of date and in need of repair.

I found My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom online and after reading good reviews I joined the makeover series for some ideas.

The following week I visited the showroom and met with Benn. Benn was great to deal with and I was happy with the quote given so I decided to go ahead.

Benn then put me in touch with Gary who took care of my installation and managed the entire project from start to finish.

From day 1 I had regular communication and updates from him which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. His keen eye to detail and perfectionism really shows including some nights him working till 7/8pm to make sure things were finished. He always made sure my house was tidy at the end of each day. Martin did all the electrics in my bathroom and the painter Jim came out on the Saturday morning to touch up some painting.

Overall my experience with My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom has been great and I can’t fault the workmanship, quality of the products or the service.
