Keep Your Drawers Close To Your Cooking Area
There is nothing more frustrating than walking to the other side of the kitchen – and then reaching into the back of a cabinet to get your pots.
If you want to make life in the kitchen that little bit easier then install a drawer stack below your hob.
A fitted cutlery drawer at the top ensures everything has a place, and deep drawers at the bottom means easy access to cooking utensils, simples.
This is the ultimate storage solution for any modern fitted kitchen.
All your food and groceries are easily seen and accessible from both sides. Height adjustable drawers glide effortlessly out of a secure unit simply by pulling gently. Saving time and effort this mechanism avoids the problem of food being lost and forgotten at the back of a cupboard.
If you really want to open up your space then choose a corner wall or base unit.
This will allow you to access those awkward areas which are hard to get too meaning no more ‘dead space’.
Everything is practical and easy to reach, just the way we way we like it.
Integrated appliances will look sleek and fit seamlessly into your kitchen.
It’s a good idea to choose your appliances during the design process, so that your kitchen is built to accommodate them.
And, it wouldn’t be complete without some plinth lighting…
Placed well, plinth lighting will add a zest and sparkle to your kitchen and some might say, make it come alive!
Here we added some feature plinth lighting to give the room a bit of wow.
Get a designer extractor instead.
Extractors are not only brilliantly functional but beautifully aesthetic too, creating a dramatic design feature in any kitchen.
Available in lots of designs, colours and sizes
If you have the room for it then a feature breakfast area makes a lot of sense.
It’s always nice to have a cosy nook in a kitchen where you can relax with a cuppa or enjoy a spot of breakfast.
Even just a little perch is welcome, as it makes cooking more enjoyable with someone to chat to.
